What on earth is better than sitting down with a fork (or spoon) and a mountain of delicious pesto pasta? And what else so simple can bring such joy? Not much. This is a recipe that was inspired by a Nigella Lawson version I read about a while back. I recreated it from memory here and changed a couple things.
